Cases&Lacambra, as one of the leading law firms in the Principality, participates in the execution and development of the XIII Ibero-American Business Meeting, which will be celebrated with the XXVII Ibero-American Summit, on April 19 and 20.
In addition to the presence of the Firm’s partners, the Firm will be part of one of the panels of the meeting. The Corporate & M&A partner, Pablo Echenique, together with the president in Spain of Audax Energía, the CEO of Forces Eléctriques d’Andorra and other personalities of the energy sector will be discussing their views on issues such as innovation and business progress, from the point of view of renewable energy and the ecological transition.
The XIII Ibero-American Business Meeting is organized by the Ibero-American General Secretary-SEGIB, the Ibero-American Business Council-CEIB and the Andorran Business Confederation-CEA and is focused on innovation for sustainable development and post-COVID-19 recovery. A high participation of businessmen from Ibero-American countries is expected, in a year marked by the pandemic of COVID-19. It is a great opportunity to look for synergies, common issues and collaborations that boost our Firm within the legal sector.
In addition, since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, it will be the first time that the 22 Heads of State and Government of Ibero-America will meet to discuss recovery measures in the economic, social and environmental fields, with the slogan “Innovation for sustainable development – 2030 Goals. Ibero-America facing the COVID – 19 crisis”.
In 2021, the 30th anniversary of the Ibero-American Summit will be celebrated with a new edition in a hybrid format, both face-to-face and virtual, observing the preventive measures required by the health situation in the Principality of Andorra.
