Cases&Lacambra was one of the firms invited to the first edition of ESADE Alumni in Andorra. Our partner José María Alfín participated in a round table about “Where is international taxation heading to?”, led by Montserrat Trapé, partner in charge of KPMG in Catalonia. David Bescós, Director of Wealth Planning at Grup Credit Andorrà and Albert Hinojosa, Head of Taxation at the Andorran Government completed the group.
The experts discussed the tax changes of recent years and analysed the main changes and projects that are inspiring the new tax system. They talked about the milestones and the next challenges and considered the impact of the new economic models on taxation as an essential aspect in this new environment.
In addition to the tax experts, Carlos Torrecilla, Director of Corporate Development at Executive Education spoke about how business will transform during the next decade.
Jordi Gallardo, Minister of Presidency, Economy and Business of Andorra, also participated in the conference.
The first ESADE Alumni Conference in Andorra was attended by the main economic actors, both private and public, from the Principality and by the leading companies in the region.
