Víctor Ferreres Comella is Of Counsel at Cases & Lacambra. He is Professor of Constitutional Law at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, the author of numerous influential works, and has conducted extensive research in areas such as constitutional law, European Union law, international law, and arbitration.

He has been a visiting professor at several universities in the United States, notably New York University and the University of Texas at Austin.

Between 2001 and 2011, he served as Professor of Constitutional Law and European Union Law at the Judicial School of the General Council of the Judiciary of Spain, where he played a prominent role in the training of judges. In recognition of his contribution, the Spanish Ministry of Justice awarded him the Distinguished Cross of the Order of San Raimundo de Peñafort in 2012.

He currently combines his professional practice with his academic career as a Professor at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, where he has been a member of the Department of Constitutional Law since 1993 and obtained tenure in 2000. He also serves as a visiting professor at various international institutions.

In addition, he is a regular speaker at international courses and conferences, having delivered more than fifty conferences in countries such as Germany, Italy, France, Chile, Argentina, the United States, Mexico, Canada and Austria.

Before joining the Firm, he served as a consulting lawyer at a nationally renowned law firm, advising on matters within his areas of expertise.
