General Taxation

We advise large companies and high net worth individuals on their date-to-date tax matters. We have an in-depth experience in advising on the full range of tax-related issues, including general corporate income tax, transfer pricing, as well as all those relating to wealth management and indirect taxation.

Corporate Tax

Cases&Lacambra´s Tax practice group focuses on corporate transactions, including M&A and intra-group reorganizations, as well as financial transactions, including capital markets and structured finance transactions.

We also provide tax advice on a regular basis to large multinational companies and banks, typically assisting these Clients in their more complex tax issues and strategies.

The practice covers all aspects of Tax Law, including detailed advice on direct and indirect taxes as well as on all international tax issues. We discuss and negotiate tax matters on behalf of Clients with Tax Authorities, while providing their expert legal opinion. We maintain strong working relationships with leading foreign firms and regularly provide assistance to foreign counsel on tax aspects of corporate and financial transactions.

Finance Taxation

We provide ongoing legal advice to banks and financial institutions, optimizing their institutional taxation and procedures. We also advise on their tax risks and support them in all types of proceedings before tax authorities and courts.

International Taxation

We advise our international Clients on their investments in Spain, Andorra and abroad. We accompany them in their international investments, offering comprehensive tax advice. We also perform ongoing and in-depth monitoring of all EU legislative initiatives and the impact of CJEU case law in tax matters that may have an impact on our Clients.

Tax Proceedings and Litigation

We specialise in inspection proceedings and tax information requests, economic-administrative and contentious claims and appeals.

Real Estate Taxation

We have extensive experience in the sale and purchase of real estate and the financing of real estate projects. We specialise on structuring real estate transactions for foreign Clients.

Private Client and Family Business

We advise our Private Clients and Family Businesses on their business structures, their financial investment instruments and private equity investments. We also advise on investing and divesting in real estate assets and the management of family offices.

Sports Taxation

As a consequence of its Private Client orientation, Cases&Lacambra´s highly qualified professional team offers specialised and bespoke sports tax advisory services.
