The Council of Ministers approved last December 13, 2022, the Preliminary Draft Bill by which the current revised text of the Law on Land and Urban Rehabilitation, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 7/2015, of October 30 (the Preliminary Draft Bill), will be amended.
In this Newsletter, we analyze the main novelties incorporated in the Preliminary Draft Bill in order to improve legal certainty in the field of urban planning and to temper the serious effects that, according to reiterated case law, derive from the annulment of land and urban development plans.
