After several years of work, the Arbitration Court of Andorra “TAPA” has been constituted today, with Pierre Raoul Duval as president and Juan Pablo Correa as secretary general.
The Firm has actively participated in the conception, design and execution of this essential milestone for the modernization of the legal and economic system of the Principality with the aim of placing it on the international map of arbitration.
Miguel Cases, co-managing partner of the Firm, will continue to participate in the project as one of the 7 members of the governing board of the institution by appointment of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Andorra, co-founding member together with the Andorran Bar Association.
