Cases&Lacambra, together with Parc Cientific de Barcelona, start the I Seminar “Main legal and tax aspects in M&A transactions”.
The introductory session analysed the importance of confidentiality agreements, the nature of a letter of intent, the types and objectives of a due diligence and why it is relevant in this type of transactions. Lucas Palomar and Bojan Radovanovic, partners of the Firm, were in charge of this first session.
These sessions, which will take place between March and May, aim to provide the attendees with the key legal and tax aspects necessary in all M&A transactions. During 7 sessions, topics such as the preparatory phase in the incorporation of an industrial or financial investor; the pre-market review: identification of value drivers (confidentiality agreements, letters of intent, due diligence, etc.) or contract issues as well as tax aspects will be put on the table.
All sessions will be given by partners of Cases&Lacambra.
