Under the title, “Invest In Madrid“, the Spain-US Chamber of Commerce organized a business breakfast event to discuss the competitive advantages of Madrid as an investment destination.
The meeting was attended by María Jiménez, from Invest in Madrid, Francisco Garzón, Trade Commissioner of Spain in Miami, and Esteban Cuyás, associate of Cases&Lacambra.
The senior associate of the firm described the legal and tax aspects that make Madrid region a favorable investment destination. Thus, the expert dealt with the most relevant tax and legal aspects of Spanish legislation to be taken into account by foreign investors.
Invest in Madrid, co-organizer of the event, is the regional office for foreign investors and arises as a result of a public-private collaboration agreement between the Ministry of Economy, Employment and Finance of the Community of Madrid and the Chamber of Commerce of Madrid. Its main objective is to offer advisory and accompaniment service to foreign investors throughout the process of implementation and development of their activity in the Community of Madrid.
