The partners Toni Barios and Bojan Radovanovic shared their experience in the multiple issues that arise in relation to the structuring of syndicated financing operations linked to the ICO Guarantee Line and the main aspects to be taken into account, with particular emphasis on: eligibility criteria under the ICO Guarantee Line; structuring alternatives and conditions precedent.
